We communicate with parents and carers through:

• Text messaging for urgent or short notices

• Email for detailed correspondence and formal communication

• Telephone contact, with a minimum expectation that each parent/carer receives a weekly call from their child’s class team

These methods ensure that all families are able to access information effectively and that communication remains proactive, consistent, and supportive.

Class Dojo

The school uses Class Dojo as a communication platform. This enables us to:

• Share key information and updates in a timely manner

• Celebrate class and whole-school achievements

• Promote upcoming events and activities

• Issue reminders regarding important dates

How do I sign up?

You should receive an invite with a unique link to sign up. Alternatively, you can send your email address to your child’s class teacher who can then send you a request.
