At Kitts Green Academy, we see mathematics as a vital skill for life as well as a subject of discovery and problem solving. Our curriculum is carefully sequenced to build fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills from early number work through to advanced concepts such as algebra, geometry, and probability. By applying maths across real-life contexts and other subjects, we aim to give pupils the confidence to think logically, approach challenges creatively, and see the value of mathematics in the world around them.
